MISSION

· To establish a residency training program that ensures PSBIM Certification.

· To continuously and actively participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Non -CME activities.

· To establish a Research and Technology Program

VISION

The Cordillera Consortium General Surgery Residency Training Program is a PSGS Accredited Training Program by the year 2021, committed to provide an excellent quality of  healthcare, to conduct continuous professional education activities, and to produce ethical clinical research.

MISSION

The Cordillera Consortium aims to:

• Responsibly and efficiently implement the PSGS Standardized Curriculum (Outcome Based Education) in General Surgery. 
• Produce competent, ethical, safe, compassionate and board certified general surgeons.
• Develop general surgeons as effective educators, productive clinical researchers, confident leaders in the community, efficient managers of healthcare teams, and socially responsible professionals.
• Provide accessible, equitable, quality surgical healthcare to the community be a dependable provider of continuing professional education activities for surgery any other allied medical professions.
